A Robert A.M. Stern-designed Martha’s Vineyard home that has attracted A-list vacationers including Mariah Carey and Beyoncé and Jay-Z is freshly listed at $13.75 million, according to the New York Post. The Cape Cod-style house, located on a nearly 22-acre plot in Edgartown, Massachusetts, was built in 1994 and redone by the AD 100 Hall of Famer in 2003. In addition to the 9,500-square-foot main home, which is clad in gray shingles and white trim, the property hosts a guest house and cottage, an Amish barn, a large pond, a swimming pool, and a pool house equipped with a gym, sauna, and massage room.

Seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms are found within the main residence, which also features numerous fireplaces, beamed ceilings, and plentiful windows and skylights that provide pastoral views and pools of sunlight. The spacious island-equipped kitchen has striking blue stone countertops and a breakfast nook. An attached circular dining room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows and a fireplace with an intricate stone mantel.

Up a winding staircase, the primary bedroom offers access to a private balcony that overlooks the grounds, plus a fireplace and a spa-like bathroom with tilework in a peachy color scheme. In total, the property’s combined structures provide 11 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.

It’s not clear when exactly Carey or the Carters stayed on the premises, but the latter have long enjoyed vacationing on the beloved island. “Sleep one place, tell the pilot keep the engine / Runnin’ then I wake up in Martha’s Vineyard,” Jay-Z rapped in his song “All Around the World” back in 2002. Per the Post’s reporting, the pair attended former President Barack Obama’s 60th birthday party in 2021 at the estate that he and the former First Lady bought for $11.75 million in 2019. That 29-acre plot just so happens to sit right across the Edgartown Great Pond from the spot where Bey and Jay have rested their heads.
