Looks like the Luis Miguel concert at Madison Square Garden may not be the only reason reggaeton superstar Bad Bunny was spotted in New York City recently. The New York Post reports that the Puerto Rican musician—who attended the concert with newly-confirmed girlfriend, reality TV star and model Kendall Jenner—just signed a lease on a penthouse in a luxury building in West Chelsea. Although the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom duplex is reportedly on the market for sale at $18.5 million, Bad Bunny is renting the home for $150,000 per month. Per New York Magazine, it might just be the most expensive apartment in the city.

Will the couple—who have been romantically linked since February, but just “officially” announced their relationship via a Gucci Valigeria campaign—be moving in together? We can only speculate. The likelihood we’ll have more sightings of the artist in Manhattan, however, seem high.

Bad Bunny’s new pad boasts 4,552 square feet of living space, along with 4,593 square feet of outdoor space, and a 32-foot private lap pool. The corner apartment with 12-foot-high ceilings is wrapped in walls of sliding glass, allowing unbeatable city views and tons of sunlight to pour in from several different areas. The eat-in kitchen features terrazzo floors and wood paneling, which hides most of its appliances, and a library with a spiral staircase leads to the roof and a terrace. The abode also boasts an outdoor kitchen on one of its four terraces along with a landscaped rooftop with views of the Hudson River.
